12th September, 2019 Beachy Head Overcast Wind W 3-4

We covered all the usual sites on the Headland with the exception of Belle Tout wood area. RE and MB were again ringing in Whitbread Hollow. With a stiff W wind very few migrants were seen on the Headland with 250 Swallows E. Whitbread Hollow had reasonable numbers of Chiffchaffs and Blackcaps with the highlight of 3 Grasshopper Warblers.
