We covered Shooters Bottom, Old Trapping Area, radio mast bushes, Belle Tout wood. RE and MB were ringing in Whitbread Hollow, KH, RKH and RES spent some time looking for the Lapland Bunting near Icky Ridge, and then covered several sites on the Headland. LP covered several sites on the Headland and Brian Cox was also birding on the Headland and Francis Bottom. RJF spent 8 hours and covered Icky Ridge, Cliff Path, Francis Bottom area, Hotel Garden, Belle Tout wood, Birling lane, Michael Dene and Crowlink.
Generally fewer migrants present today, Chiffchaff numbers had decreased to 70, but a good number of Redpolls were present in the Hollow. A couple of Ouzels, 3 Firecrests and 2 Dartford Warblers were also seen. Other than House Martins moving W a Wood Lark N and 6 Crossbills W, just low numbers of other diurnal migrants were logged, which included a late Sand Martin.

Rock Pipit 1 Birling, Robin 10 Headland, Ring Ouzel 2, Blackbird 6 (Shooters Bottom), Song Thrush 1 Shooters Bottom, Dartford Warbler 2, Blackcap 24 (20 Hollow, 4 Headland), Chiffchaff 70 (50 Hollow, 20 Headland), Goldcrest 7, Firecrest 3 (2 Hollow, 1 Cliff Path), Long-tailed Tit 7, Jay 3 Hollow, Raven 2-3 (Headland), Brambling 1 heard, Goldfinch 260 (60 Hollow, 100 W), Siskin 9 W, Lesser Redpoll 233 (100 ringed in the Hollow, 33 NW), Crossbill 6 W (RJF), Reed Bunting 2 (Icky Ridge).
