He then went for a long walk from Warren Hill, down into Crapham Bottom and back over long Down and over the top fields. RB joined him covering some of the sites. LP paid a brief visit to Shooters Bottom.
It was nice to meet up with Paul and Gareth James and they kindly provided me with their sightings all from the Headland.
A reasonable fall of common migrants which included our largest daily number of Sedge Warblers this year, with reasonable numbers of Reed Warblers, Wheatears, Willow Warblers and Lesser Whitethroats, with the highlight being 3 Pied Flycatchers and 5 Redstarts.
