RE and Ansy Boothroyd were ringing in Whitbread Hollow and LP visited various sites on the Headland. No real count was made from the Headland other than similar numbers of Crests as yesterday and with the finch overhead passage much reduced, and it appeared quieter in the Hollow other than for reasonable numbers of Crests and Redpolls.
Tawny Owl 1, Green Woodpecker 1, Blackcap 1, Dartford Warbler 1 singing Headland (LP), Chiffchaff 1, Goldcrest 20 in the Hollow and with good numbers still on the Headland but no count made, Firecrest 2 Hollow, Raven 1 Jay 2, Lesser Redpoll 45, Siskin 10, Bullfinch 1
