RE and two colleagues went ringing in Whitbread Hollow. As expected not a lot of bird activity with a Firecrest being the highlight.
Sparrow Hawk 2, Kestrel 1, Tawny Owl 2, Green Woodpecker 1, Blackbird 10, Goldcrest 2, Firecrest 1, Jay 1, Siskin 2.

RE and MB again went ringing in Whitbread Hollow although thick fog put paid to much birding activity although a Woodcock was flushed which is our first record this year.
