RE and AB were ringing this morning in Whitbread Hollow, but very few birds were recorded.
Kestrel 1, Woodpigeon 70, Tawny Owl 1, Green Woodpecker 1, Song Thrush 1 continental type ringed, Goldcrest 2, Long-tailed Tit 8, Jay 2, Siskin 2, Lesser Redpoll 6.

RE and SM were again ringing in Whitbread Hollow and reported an increase with bird activity from yesterday within the Hollow.
Little Egret 1 on the playing field, Sparrow hawk 1, Tawny Owl 1, Robin 10, Redwing 1, Blackcap 1, Chiffchaff 2 (one was typical collybita type and the other had the appearance of an abietinus type), Goldcrest 6, Firecrest 2, Jay 2, Lesser Redpoll 36.
