8th August, 2018 Beachy Head Sunny but cool W 4-5

With the hot weather now history and with a cool breeze we covered Shooters Bottom, Hotel garden and toilet car park bushes, Icky Ridge, Old Trapping Area and a short sea-watch from Birling. RE covered Birling lane and Belle Tout area, and the Cornish Farm track.
Again no diurnal migration recorded, and just low numbers of summer migrants which were probably mainly left-overs from previous days.
