13th March, 2017 Beachy Head Sunny and clear, cool becoming warm. N4 decreasing to 2.

With a cool N wind, we just had a brief sea-watch from 06.30-07.00. Met up with RE and later RB and we covered Birling lane, Birling loop, Belle Tout wood, Shooters Bottom, Old Trapping Area, Hotel Garden and Icky Ridge.
Few Meadow Pipits arriving in off the sea, with the highlight being a Red Kite moving E over the Headland and was seen going over Belle Tout at 10.26 and the Hotel Garden at 10.30.

Black Redstart 1 B/T scrub
Stonechat 15 (increase noted)
Song Thrush 2 singing B/T lighthouse scrub
Chiffchaff 4
Goldcrest 1 appeared to come in off the sea and landed in Birling car park
