28th December. 2016 Rodmell

We visited Rodmell with David on a frosty sunny morning. No sign of any raptors other than a Sparrowhawk. Up to 300 Wigeon, 25 Teal, 10 Shovelers and 2 Gadwall were seen with at least 1 Cetti's singing and a few Redwings and surprisingly around 20 Song Thrushes. We visited the nearby sewage works with 6 Chiffchaffs feeding on the tanks but no sign of any Siberian Chiffchaffs also 1 Grey Wagtail.
