6th September, 2016 Beachy Head Overcast with mist warm and humid. SW 0-1

Another very murky day. Met up with RKH and we covered Birling lane, Belle Tout wood area, Shooters Bottom, Old Trapping Area, Icky Ridge and the Cornish Farm track. RE was ringing in Whitbread Hollow.
A disappointing day with just small numbers of common migrants seen, although Blackcap numbers are beginning to build up in the Hollow and the mist put paid to any diurnal migration.
