11th September, 2016 Beachy Head Fine sunny and warm S - SE 1

A perfect Autumnal morning and we covered Birling lane, Belle Tout, Shooters Bottom, Old Trapping Area, Hotel Garden, Icky Ridge and Hodcombe with Roger and Liz. Also met up with SL GG and ME who were covering the Headland. RE and SM were ringing in Whitbread Hollow. A good arrival of night migrants but with the fine weather we expected a large hirundine passage but to our surprise this did not materialise.
