We met up with RJF and JK at Birling but with a stiff ENE wind which made birding difficult. We covered the usual Headland sites and we gave up at the Old Trapping Area (big mistake) as RJF and JK covered Hotel Garden and Icky Ridge and had an Osprey go S. Generally few new migrants in the area and other than the Osprey, small numbers of hirundines were moving E.
