19th May, 2016 Beachy Head Overcast NW 2-3

We covered Birling lane, Shooters Bottom, Icky Ridge Cliff Path. Met up with Bob who had covered Whitbread Hollow area and Belle Tout wood. Just a few Swallows and Swifts were moving through the Cliff Path, with a Spotted Flycatcher, 2 Garden Warblers and 1 Lesser Whitethroat were also seen but otherwise the now resident  Common Whitthroats and Chiffchaffs were the only other migrants seen.

Goldfinch probably 20 pairs breeding this year in the area
