12th April, 2019 Beachy Head Early frost, Sunny clear and cold E -ENE 5

We sea-watched from 07.15-08.00 and then covered Hotel Garden, Icky Ridge, Cliff Path to the Hollow and then walked back along the top bushes and Shooters Bottom. RE covered Birling loop and Belle Tout wood, Cornish Farm track and the bottom part of Shooters Bottom and LP covered the Birling/Belle Tout areas.
As expected the sea-watch was very quiet although reasonable numbers of Mediterranean and Black-headed Gulls were seen. Very few migrants were seen in the areas visited.
