10th October, 2018. Beachy Head. Early mist becoming fine, sunny and hot. S-SE light

With the current weather, expectations  were high. MM covered sites on the Headland and recorded a light passage of finches, hirundines and Pied Wagtails. RE was ringing in Whitbread Hollow but had his quietest day of the Autumn so far, with just small numbers of Chiffchaffs and Blackcaps.
