14th April, 2018 Beachy Head Sunny and warm with sea-fog. SW-SE 1

Arrived to a foggy morning which lasted until 10.00 am and longer out to sea. We covered Birling lane, Belle Tout wood, Shooters Bottom, the Old Trapping area, Hotel Garden and Icky Ridge. With the sea-fog now improving and the wind veering around to the SE we sea-watched from 10.30-11.30. and met up with Chris and Sharon Ball and a surprise visit from Patrick, Hannah and Reg. Lanaway.
Very few migrants present in the area and just a few birds seen on the sea-watch.
