AR spent around 3.5 hours and he covered the Holywell area, walked into Whitbread Hollow, Cow Gap and Francis Bottom, Good arrival of Chiffchaffs with much activity, also a Ring Ouzel, Common Redstart, with the odd Blackcaps and Whitethroats. Diurnal migration included good numbers of Siskins and a Hobby and a Short-eared Owl were also recorded.
