21st July, 2020 Fine and sunny NW 2.
RE covered sites around Birling Gap and LP and RB covered a number of sites on the Headland.
Just a small arrival of Willow Warblers and a juvenile Redstart was present on the Eastern slope past B/T wood. Otherwise another quiet day on the Headland
Combined totals:

Green Woodpecker 1 juv. Birling
Redstart 1 juvenile near B/T wood
Willow Warbler 17 (7 at Birling and 10 on the Headland)
Starling Flock of 200 mainly moulting juveniles

22nd July, 2020 Sunny and hot SE to SW 1-2
With a change in the wind direction to SE it was hoped for perhaps a reasonable fall of Willows etc, but sadly this was not the case and again the bushes on the Headland were disappointingly quiet.
