We sea-watched from 06.15-08.15 and we then visited the Radio mast bushes, Hotel Garden and Icky Ridge. With odd Pomarine Skuas being reported by Bird Guides in the Channel and not a single migrant seen in the areas we visited, we returned to Birling and did a second sea-watch from 09.25-11.30. Both sea-watches were very quiet with just single of Arctic and Great Skuas seen, but no Poms. A dire day for mid-May.
