We sea-watched from 06.45-08.45. Met up with RE, LP, NP and RB and between us we covered most of the main sites on the Headland, but unfortunately no observer coverage in Whitbread Hollow area. RHC reported a good fall of Chiffchaffs in Hodcombe also 5 Wheatears and 2 Firecrests.
Small sea-passage during the first hour, but hampered by the sea-mist.
An arrival of Chiffchaffs on the Headland and 9 Wheatears were also seen. A party of 15 Redwings were present in Shooters Bottom which appeared to belong to the European race Iliacus.
