31st August, 2016 Beachy Head Very clear fine and sunny SW 1-2

We met up with RJF and RKH and covered Birling lane and scrub area, Belle Tout wood, and Shooters Bottom. Also saw RK briefly. A film crew was filming on the headland and taken over the car parks and we therefore decided to leave and RJF continued his visit and covered a number of sites including Crowlink. LP was birding the Hotel Garden area. Generally a quieter day than yesterday up to when we left, although at least 2 Pied Flycatchers and the Wryneck were seen. Also LP had a Ortolan Bunting which flew over with 2 Chaffinches calling.
