4th May, 2016 Beachy Head Fine clear and warm SE-S 0-1

With SE winds we concentrated on sea-watching and watched from 06.45-11.20. It appeared perfect conditions, but as the morning went on it proved to be very disappointing. We were joined by five other local observers. The area appeared very quiet for migrants and very little seen coming in off the sea. Late news for the 1st were 2 Hobbies seen by RHC from Hodcombe.
