5th January, 2016 Weir Wood Reservoir

We took advantage of a break in the wet weather this morning and visited the dam end of Weir Wood Reservoir. The juvenile Great Northern Diver was present around the middle of the reservoir near the dam and manage to take a number of images in the dull light. Other than a few Great-crested Grebes little else was seen.
