At long last a fine sunny morning so decided to go out and we first visited Beachy. Needless to say the area was very quiet and we covered all the main sites excluding the Birling Loop:

We did a short sea-watch at Langney Point but just a single Red-throated Diver W and an Auk Sp. W.
We then drove along the Pevensey Level coast road. The marsh appeared very quiet but the highlight was a superb adult male Marsh Harrier in immaculate plumage which showed very well. (The best plumage male Marsh Harrier I have seen for a long while).
