Our first opportunity to try to see the Rough-legged Buzzard which Chris Ball found on the 9th. After an hours wait, we picked it out arriving high from the South and it then performed well but rather distantly for the next hour hunting over the game strips before it landed on a tree. Also seen over the game strip were 2 Kestrels and 1 Sparrowhawk.
