With the news of a Broad-billed Sandpiper reported this morning, JK and myself decided to visit. Unfortunately, no sign of the Broad-billed but had quite an enjoyable morning watching a few waders. Also checked out the Black Pool but just odd Common Darters and no sign of any Black Darters. The following were seen:

Garganey 1 drake in partial eclipse plumage.

Black-tailed Godwit 6

Wood Sandpiper1
