28 September, 2012 Wajima, Japan

Arrived at Haneda Airport, Tokyo at 5.30 am and we transferred to the Internal Airport and caught internal flight to Noto Airport at 09.55 for the hour flight arriving at 10.55. Caught the shared taxi to Wajima and booked into Route Inn Hotel for overnight stay. We then visited the harbour in hot sunny calm weather to check out tomorrow's ferry and to check out the Gulls and Black Eared Kites. We also visited nearby Wajima Park for some local birding. In the evening we went out for a meal and did some shopping.
